Citizens aged 16+ (non-geared 50cc) or 18+ (geared motor vehicle/car) in Telangana.

Application steps

    Fill form online, upload Aadhaar, and select RTA test slot.

    Take Computer Traffic Test

    Attend RTA office on slot date and pass online audio-visual traffic test.

    Download LLR

    Download digitally signed LLR immediately after test.
